Biography
As your first contact with Life Skills Advocate, I want to welcome you with compassion, understanding, and optimism. I will listen with genuine curiosity and honor the challenges you may be experiencing, while creating a welcoming space and helping match you with the right resources at Life Skills Advocate. My professional background blends years of wellness, leadership, and community-building experience, which allows me to bring both practical support and heartfelt care to every conversation. I believe that growth happens when individuals and families feel seen, encouraged, and connected to the right support.
What can clients expect when they meet you for the first time?
I want to meet each of our clients with warmth, empathy and authenticity. These initial conversations should feel low risk, open and informative. I appreciate how LSA focuses on the individual, taking into account each person's unique needs and goals. I will uphold this same standard in all client discovery meetings, so that each person walks away feeling seen, heard and, hopefully, optimistic about their next steps.
What does it mean to you to be the first point of contact for individuals and families interested in coaching with LSA?
Being the first point of contact is both an honor and a responsibility. I know that reaching out for support can feel like a big step, so I want every individual and family to feel heard, respected, and encouraged from the very beginning. It means creating a safe, welcoming space where questions are answered, needs are understood, and the path forward feels clear and hopeful.
How do you help potential clients feel safe and heard throughout the discovery process?
I approach every conversation with empathy and patience, giving clients the space to share their stories without judgment. I listen attentively, ask thoughtful questions, and reflect back what I hear so they know their concerns are truly understood. I also provide clear communication and a well-organized process so families feel confident about next steps. My goal is to make the discovery process safe, supportive, and easy to navigate.
What is your ultimate goal for every client you interact with at LSA?
My ultimate goal is to ensure that every individual and family feels welcomed, supported, and confident about taking the next step with LSA. I want clients to leave our first conversation with clarity, reassurance, and a sense of hope that they are in the right place to receive the support they need.
Which of LSA's core values resonates the most with you?
The core value that resonates most with me is Big Picture Oriented. I believe it’s important to see beyond the immediate challenges and focus on the larger journey of growth and support. By keeping the big picture in mind, I can help families feel grounded in where they are now while also encouraged about the possibilities ahead.
