Client Services Coordinator Jacqie Macdonald

Reaching out for support can bring up a lot of questions. Maybe you know exactly what you’re looking for, or maybe you’re not quite sure where to start. Either way, Jacqie is here to listen.
As a Client Services Coordinator at Life Skills Advocate, Jacqie enjoys getting to know the people behind each inquiry, their experiences, strengths, challenges, and hopes for what comes next. She’ll help you learn about LSA’s coaching services, answer your questions, and explore which coach might be a good fit.

Jacqie brings more than a decade of experience in healthcare, client services, and practice operations. Throughout her work, she has seen how much it matters when someone takes the time to listen, understand, and treat people with care and respect. Her own experiences with neurodivergence have also shaped her appreciation for finding support that honors each person’s individual needs and strengths. She is passionate about supporting the neurodivergent community and hopes everyone who connects with LSA feels welcome to show up just as they are.

Outside of LSA, Jacqie embraces life with curiosity and a love of adventure and growth. She enjoys sharing experiences with her wife, Jess, and their animals, exploring the great outdoors, and searching for hidden treasures (aka rockhounding ;). From the soil beneath her feet to the people she meets, Jacqie loves taking in and learning about the world around her. She also treasures quiet moments at home, where she can feel safe, rest, recharge, and dream up the next adventure.
