Karrissa Doree

Head of Operations

Karrissa Doree

I’m Karrissa Doree and I’ve been a Seattle resident since 2014. I was born in Minnesota and am the oldest of 8! I’ve been working in the Health Information Management field for most of that time, most recently as an Area Operations Supervisor since 2019. When I’m not on Zoom, you can find me cuddling with my cat and squishmallows, playing games, or getting my nails done.

Thanks to the personal encouragement from our coach lead, Katie Roskilly, I decided to expand my professional efforts into the world of neurodivergence as a coach with Life Skills Advocate in 2022. Throughout that year, I evolved into many roles, including Administrator, Supervisor, and finally, Head of Operations. Working with our team and the clients we serve has been informative, meaningful, FUN, and rewarding. In my current role, I oversee, manage, implement, and streamline our policies, procedures, and processes; I also work closely with the owner, Chris, to help set and achieve organizational goals and ensure client satisfaction.

My goal with LSA is to ensure that we are always keeping neurodivergence at the forefront of all the decisions and implementations we make, guaranteeing that our clients are being prioritized within our operations. I’m looking forward to working with our dynamic team on new initiatives that will allow us to reach more clients, especially those in underserved communities.
